The pursuit of one's personal best is, well, personal. Your goals and unique roadmap for getting there will look different than everyone else's. With this, we've built our business to support you in a tailored manner, offering four distinct services that you could tap into separately, or combine.

Personal Coaching

Fun fact: Kevin gained his personal training certification a few years ago and is now excited to offer this service to a handful of clients. All fitness levels are welcome!

Hockey Coaching

Since retiring, Kevin is always looking for ways to share his love of hockey. He offers 1:1 coaching and has an online stickhandling program.

Mindset Coaching

Both Hope and Kevin offer 1:1 mindset coaching and mentorship to help you achieve your goals. This is highly transformational work we're honoured to offer.
